Dramakey Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CYF SPAIN LTD ("CYF SPAIN LTD," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Dramakey, our Android drama discovery and streaming application.

Dramakey does not require you to create an account. The app uses third-party content, advertising, trailer, and playback services. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.

Information stored on your device

Dramakey stores app data locally on your device to provide its core features. This may include saved titles, viewing progress, title feedback, last-viewed title details, reminder preferences, and cached configuration settings. CYF SPAIN LTD does not provide an in-app account or cloud profile for this data.

Information processed by third parties

When you use Dramakey, third parties may receive technical information from your device, including your IP address, device and operating-system information, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, app interaction data, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information. The exact information processed depends on the service, your device settings, your region, and any choices or permissions you grant.

• Advertising: Dramakey displays advertising using AppLovin MAX, Appodeal, and their mediation partners. These providers may process device identifiers, network information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, personalise where permitted, and help prevent fraud in advertising. • Content metadata and images: Dramakey requests title information and images from The Movie Database (TMDB) and related content-delivery services to display discovery, search, and title-detail screens.
• Trailers and playback: When you choose a trailer or playback option, Dramakey opens a third-party service. That provider may process information directly through its website or embedded player and apply its own terms, cookies, and privacy policy.
• Remote configuration: Dramakey requests a configuration file to determine enabled features and advertising configuration. This request may include ordinary network information, such as an IP address and device request headers.

How information is used

We use locally stored information to provide saved titles, continue-watching, title recommendations, and reminder features. Third-party services may use information as described in their own privacy policies, including to provide content, display and measure ads, maintain security, diagnose errors, and comply with legal obligations.

Notifications

With your permission, Dramakey may send local notifications about reminders, recently watched titles, and drama discovery. You can turn off notifications at any time in Android settings. Notification permission is not needed for basic browsing features.

Your choices and data deletion

• You can deny or revoke notification permission in Android settings.
• You can reset or limit the use of your Android advertising ID through your device privacy settings.
• You can delete locally stored saved titles, viewing progress, and preferences by clearing Dramakey's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
• You can use privacy controls offered by the advertising, trailer, and playback providers you choose to use.
• If applicable law gives you access, deletion, correction, objection, or other privacy rights, contact us using the email below. Requests about information held by an advertising, trailer, or playback provider may need to be directed to that provider.

Retention and security

Locally stored Dramakey data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Third parties retain information under their own policies. We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect the app and use secure connections where supported by the relevant service; however, no internet transmission or device-storage method is completely secure.

Children

Dramakey is not directed to children. Do not use Dramakey if you are below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your location. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a third-party service accessed from the app, contact that service and contact us using the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Dramakey, our services, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the effective date above.
